How can we improve our newsletter?
If you have problem downloading the newsletter, read this:
The newsletters are kept in Scribd as private documents as it is not safe to make it public. This is why when you click on the link above the newsletter, you will be led to a website saying, "Sorry! This document is not publicly available." You are also not allowed to download these documents from this blog.
In order to read the newsletter, you have only 2 choices.
1. Click print and print it out in hard copy.
2. Click view full screen and you can read online.
